Sport where everyone can go pro
Head over to the Genesis Centre in Calgary April 4-6 2019 and cheer for your favourite robot in this year's regional FRC championship. The competition will include teams of 14-18 year old makers from all over the world, working together in alliances to solve engineering challenges.
What is FRC?
The hardest fun kids will ever have. Participation provides opportunities for kids to learn about engineering, business, marketing, project management - and a host of other real life skills in an immersive, project-based program. Learn more about FIRST Robotics programs.

Have some free time?
At RIPEDA, we are proud to support The Intimitrons from Area 51, Western Canada's first all-girls FIRST Robotics team. If you're looking for a way to give back, join an FRC team as a mentor. There's nothing better you can do to advance diversity and inclusivity in STEM professions. If mentoring doesn't work with your schedule, you can be board member or advocate for a corporate sponsorship from your employer. Send an email to info@intimitrons.ca for more information.
